Duties and Taxes

You may be subject to duties and taxes upon importation of your order by the Customs Service in your country. In addition you may also be charged sales tax at the local rate to the value of the goods you are importing.

Sales taxes and customs policies vary from country to country. We have no control over charges that authorities may impose and cannot predict what they may be, or whether they will or will not be imposed.

Therefore these charges (if imposed) upon your importation are your responsibility. This is normal business practice. Also be aware that your Customs Authorities may open your order for inspection upon entry.

However many smaller valued items do not usually attract the attention of most Customs Authorities as they are considered too low in value to warrant the time and cost in collecting any duties for goods that have very low or no duty rates. However there are exceptions e.g. deliveries to the United Kingdom will attract duties and entry fees no matter how low the value.

International Tariff Classifications

If you are concerned with what entry charges may apply in your country we suggest you contact your local customs agent for further information. You will need to quote the International Tariff Classifications (8 digit codes) for our items (see chart below) to your customs agent.

Be sure to ask if there are any applicable Tariff Concession Orders (TCOs) in your country for the Tariff Classifications listed below as an applicable TCO will allow you to enter your goods without (or with reduced) duty being applied.

Relevant Tariff Classification for the items you have ordered will be noted on your invoice. Please note that whilst the first four digits of the applicable Tariff Classification will not change, the last four digits may change slightly depending on the country in which you live.
