International customers shipping Info: (Orders Placed On-Line)

All cushion orders placed by International customers are shipped Freight Free to your internationl location (anywhere in the world).  We are not able to ship internationally our entire Locherber Milano home fragrance range, our wall hangings and our Sale & Clearance items. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post door to door via the following service. 

·         For parcels over 2 kg (4.41 lbs) items are sent via Standard Air Service - allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. 

Please note that for international orders we are unable to drop-ship (i.e. deliver to an alternate destination) on your behalf.

Because we manufacture our cushions and fold and overlock the edges to our wall hangings at our own workshops we know that our quality is second to none. We are so confident that you will be delighted with our wall hangings and cushions that we guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Any return for faulty workmanship is indeed rare - and that's why we are prepared to take back at our shipping cost (at no cost to you) any tapestry or cushion that is faulty and supply your replacement to you at our shipping cost (again no cost to you). So you can understand that we can't afford to send to you poor quality goods - in the case of wall hangings that means models that do not hang correctly.

Processing times:
Depending on the time of year you place your order processing times can vary. Busy times are April and May leading to Mother's Day and September through November leading to Christmas. At these busy times order processing can be as much as 3-10 working days. At other times allow 1-3 working days.

Delivery Times
We deliver worldwide via Australia Post door-to-door service. Delivery times can vary depending on where you live in the world so please allow 1-2 weeks for deliveries.

Back Orders & Split Orders:
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on back-order we will hold your order until the entire order can be shipped in one delivery. If you instruct us to split an order the shipping costs for the back order are at you cost. In the unusual event that any item is on back-order we will advise you and if you are unhappy with the  situation you can cancel your back-order or the entire order without penalty. We do not debit your credit card until immediately prior to processing your order.

How do I Track my Order?
Adorabella will confirm your order tracking details upon despatch of your order via Australia Post. If your order has not arrived within 2 weeks from our confirmation notice to you that your order has been despatched, please contact and we will investigate for you and advise. We do in most cases confirm your the delivery of your order with signature upon delivery.

Duties & Taxes:
You may be subject to duties & taxes upon importation of your order by the Customs Service in your country. In addition you may also be charged sales tax at the local rate to the value of the goods you are importing. All sales taxes & customs policies vary from country to country and we have no control over these charges that authorities may impose and cannot predict what these charges may be or if they will or will not be imposed. Therefore these charges (if imposed) upon your importation are your responsibility. This is normal business practice. Also be aware that your Customs Authorities may open your order for inspection upon entry.

However many smaller valued items do not usually attract the attention of most Customs Authorities as they are considered too low in value to warrant the time & cost in collecting any duties for goods that have very low or no duty rates. However there are exceptions e.g. deliveries to the United Kingdom will attract duties and entry fees no matter how low the value.

If you are concerned with what entry charges may apply in your country we suggest you contact your local customs agent for further information. You will need to quote the International Tariff Classifications (8 digit codes) for our items (see chart below) to your customs agent. Be sure to ask if there are any applicable Tariff Concession Orders (TCOs) in your country for the Tariff Classifications listed below as an applicable TCO will allow you to enter your goods without (or with reduced) duty being applied.

Relevant Tariff Classification for the items you have ordered will be noted on your invoice. Please note that whilst the first four digits of the applicable Tariff Classification will not change the last  four digits may change slightly depending on the country in which you live.
